Site Revamp Launch and SEO- focused on foundational research and implementation to prepare the site for relaunch. This included:

What was the scope of their involvement?
Konstruct Digital provides SEO and digital marketing services for us, and they’ve assisted us in increasing middle-of-funnel, non-branded, organic traffic. We’ve been doing paid ads for 7–8 years, so we have a good idea of what we want to target.

We’ve provided them with our previous success, and they’ve found many opportunities we hadn’t thought of before. It’s been a good collaboration and combination. They also publish new website pages and optimize current pages.

What is the team composition?
We work with a project manager, a graphic designer, an SEO director, and a content lead. There’s also a partner strategist, and we met him during the initial engagement, but he wasn’t involved in the day-to-day.

How did you come to work with Konstruct Digital?
We found them through a Google search. The cost was a factor, and we liked that they had an entire team behind us, not just random freelancers. We felt they gave us a dedicated team that knew our account and was willing to learn about our business.

We started working together in April 2024, and our engagement is ongoing. We have a monthly retainer that we have had since April, and we intend to have it indefinitely as long as the budget is there. Occasionally, we have some extra budget for content, depending on sales targets. If we have that money, we also bring it straight to them.

In the first six months, we’ve seen increased organic visibility by 485%, share of voice by 222%, and non-branded clicks by 98%, which is the one we’ve been targeting. We’ve also seen 166% growth in the top 10 keyword rankings and 266% in the top three.

In the past month, we have 20 keywords in the first place ranking on Google, so that’s also really huge. They’ve also published nearly 30 new website pages with brand-new content and optimized our existing pages.

How did Konstruct Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
They tailor their communication to the style that’s best for us. They’re very good at taking feedback and specific directions on what works best for us. We don’t have to change my work style or workflow to fit their agency. We can operate precisely how we want to, and they make it work.

We communicate via Google Drive, Google Docs, email, phone, and Zoom. We can see their Asana board and other digital or design tools like Figma, Canva, and HubSpot.

Are there any employees from the service provider’s team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
I want to give a shout-out to my project manager. She has gone above and beyond to create a status sheet so we always know which projects were at which stage, and together, we’ve used that to prioritize the order of things we would work on. It isn’t necessarily a content calendar but a strategic, prioritized approach based on what they’ve seen as the highest opportunity for results.

What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very accommodating and flexible. They’re our preferred digital marketing team right now. We work with 6–10 other agencies and always go to them first.

They could have internal backups since getting to the other teams is problematic if one person can’t get to me.
