What challenge were you trying to address with Konstruct Digital?
We needed a company that could help us with our SEO and paid ads efforts. The goal was to increase our reach and brand awareness.

What was the scope of their involvement?
We hired Konstruct Digital to develop an SEO strategy for our website. We started the engagement with multiple discovery calls, wherein we reviewed the content that we had online and determined our goals, target audience, and persona that we wanted to have. They suggested multiple strategies that fit where we were at that time but, at the same time, leave some room for us to continue adapting them to our future goals.

Konstruct Digital is primarily in charge of conducting keyword research and creating optimized content for our website. They handle all of our Google Ads campaigns and overall SEO efforts. Aside from that, they fully manage the design and development of our website. They’ve also helped with some ad hoc requests such as press releases and some social media, lead generation, and email nurture campaigns.

I work directly with Denise (Digital Strategist), Alicia (Paid Media Team Lead), Hannah (Content & Social Media Specialist), and one other person from Konstruct Digital.

We started working together in December 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We definitely saw a huge increase in terms of users and sessions on our website. Our ad clicks went up, and the costs went down. We’ve also seen a decrease in our bounce rates. Additionally, we’ve seen a few conversions and some opportunities coming from our paid ads.

Even feedback from our own team in terms of the content that Konstruct Digital has produced has been great. They’ve been able to produce easily-digestible, engaging content for our site.

How did Konstruct Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Konstruct Digital has been outstanding in terms of project management. We have weekly calls, and they always update us on their progress, plans, and everything they’ve accomplished so far. This makes it incredibly easy to work with them.
