What was the scope of their involvement?
Konstruct Digital has been handling our digital marketing and creating some page content for us for new products and services. Their work has included PPC advertising and SEO to improve our Google rankings.

Initially, after a few discussions, Konstruct Digital’s primary focus was to optimize our website to help us get better Google rankings. However, over the last months, we’ve expanded our efforts and had them shift our website to make it more recruitment-focused. The goal is to move off of Indeed and recruit more candidates directly through our website.

Konstruct Digital’s SEO efforts focus on both Google and Bing, although Bing has been a small issue for us. Their PPC work also focuses on Google, we haven’t addressed social media platforms yet. Moreover, their content writing services include new page design and development.

I don’t know how many teammates from Konstruct Digital work on the project. Our team lead is Tryphena (Senior Digital Marketing Strategist & Manager).

We started working together around February 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Measuring the success of this project is a bit tough because our business isn’t based on our website — that’s not how our industry works. However, our metrics are certainly improving. Konstruct Digital stays on top of finding the best keywords and ensuring that those get used across our website. Overall, the investment we’ve made has been money well spent.

As for qualitative feedback, Konstruct Digital has built a nice website for us. Moreover, they must have a good team of writers because they’ve done a great job.

How did Konstruct Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Konstruct Digital has delivered on time and on budget, and they communicate well with us. We use Google Docs, phone, and email to collaborate.

Are there any employees from the service provider’s team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
Tryphena has been great to deal with. She’s very friendly and professional, and she’s always on top of our needs.

What did you find most impressive about them?
One of the things that sets Konstruct Digital apart is that they spend a lot of time trying to understand the client’s company in order to create a better product for them.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Konstruct developed our website from scratch. For context, we’d been in business for 10 years and never needed to market until the economy turned sideways a few years ago. Given that, their team built the website and provided recommendations for marketing tools, SEO, and search performance.

At present, they continue to update our website. They work to create efficiencies on the website to let customers find and contact us easily. Meanwhile, our website is simple, and it only has five tabs. Customers can reach out to us through the site and send inquiries or ask for quotes. Social media links are also found on the website. We’ve considered adding a payment gateway on the website, but we’ve changed accounting programs instead. The Konstruct team also handles our Google Ads efforts.

To measure success, we typically ask clients where they find us. So far, they normally find our business through Google Ads and directly via our website.

Konstruct’s project management has been great. The team is great at communicating and giving us feedback. In fact, they provide us with monthly articles on Google Ads optimization. Simply put, they always keep us in the loop. To communicate, we use emails and phone calls. Their resources are highly accessible and quick to respond. We’ve also met with them in person a few times.

What did you find most impressive about them?
Their huge knowledge is the most impressive thing about them. We’ve gone into the engagement without knowing anything about how to be more accessible online. Because of that, the team has provided us with numerous tools to help us get our business out there. They listen carefully to our goals and stick to our budget.

Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any. They’ve been in line with everything we need.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure that the team approach is there, and ensure that Konstruct has a clear understanding of your business. While they don’t need to know every business out there, they do need to know your take on your business.
