Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the marketing coordinator and digital content creator for a cable manufacturing company. Our company has four divisions: performance cable division, high-performance medical solutions, automotive product solutions, and defense solutions.

What challenge were you trying to address with Konstruct Digital?
We needed SEO support. Our company was bought by an investment firm in January 2023, and we needed support to build our SEO and find the correct keywords.

Solution

What was the scope of their involvement?
Konstruct Digital manages our SEO strategy after we ended our engagement with a previous agency. The team also works on backlinking and has redesigned our website since we don’t have experience in web design. The team supports content creation, and we’ve hired an internal content writer, too. Our site is built in WordPress and Elementor, and we gave Konstruct Digital access. Konstruct Digital is finishing up the first phase of our project for one of our divisions, and the team will continue to work with the other three divisions’ SEO.

We’ve been in contact with 3–4 teammates, including Sheena, Joel, and other designers.

How did you come to work with Konstruct Digital?
We found Konstruct Digital through a Google search. We interviewed a couple of different agencies and did demos with them to see what they had to offer. Konstruct Digital was one of the first companies we met with, and it was hard not to compare them to anyone else because they were immediately on top. Konstruct Digital was our team’s favorite immediately, so we signed shortly after meeting them. We selected Konstruct Digital because of their transparency. Our previous agency was good but didn’t provide transparency to track work and share metrics.

We’ve spent about $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Konstruct Digital in March 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Konstruct Digital has helped us grow our website and gain more traction. Because of the SEO, we’ve seen a rise in overall clicks and downloads. We’ve moved from page 20 of Google search results to page 5. Konstruct Digital’s redesign has given our site a fresh look that catches our customers’ attention.

How did Konstruct Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
We used to meet every week, but now we’re meeting biweekly or monthly via Zoom. The team is very responsive and keeps us up to date. Konstruct Digital provides weekly updates and shares metrics and upcoming action items. The team gives us access to our customer dashboard and shares screenshots of our metrics. The team sends us updates anytime there are new metrics and provides updates via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?
Konstruct Digital’s transparency is their greatest thing. The team is very talented with design and SEO. Konstruct Digital has open communication and works with us on our vision. The team also gives us ideas if our ideas aren’t working.

Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything the team can improve on.

Make sure you have a vision of what you’re looking for. We’re a B2B company with clear goals of what we want to highlight. Come prepared with what you want to see your website grow to, and be open to collaborating with Konstruct Digital’s ideas.
