I’m the VP of sales for MyMediabox in the consumer products licensing, media, and distribution industry.
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Konstruct Digital to accomplish?
We needed help with website redesign, SEO, and PPC.
How did you find Konstruct Digital?
Konstruct Digital was a referral from our parent company, which was already doing business with Konstruct Digital. The team was very professional, and we liked the way they presented; it fit within our budget.
How many teammates from Konstruct Digital were assigned to this project?
Throughout this process, we’ve worked with 5–6 people at Konstruct Digital. We work most closely with a digital strategist, Sheena, who is in charge of coordinating between our team and her internal team, depending on who’s needed, whether it’s content-related, graphics, or SEO. Each area has a different point person. For example, Britt is responsible for most of the content writing.
Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Konstruct Digital has performed a website redesign, SEO services, and PPC campaign management on LinkedIn. We’ve held discovery meetings for our engagement’s text-creating and digital standpoints. The process has included weekly touch-base meetings to ensure both sides are on track and address any roadblocks. After the initial discovery, they’ve done the majority of the keyword research; we verify it and make adjustments as needed. Although we’ve begun our PPC campaigns as a trial on LinkedIn, we’re looking into additional campaign services in the future.

We kicked off the project in July 2024, and it’s ongoing.
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We’ve seen an increase in website traffic. Since the project is still ongoing, actual results are still unclear. Nonetheless, due to our PPC campaign, we’ve become visible to companies and people within those companies, to which we wanted to be exposed. Our annual business review shows that our search visibility has grown by 155%. We’ve had a 126% increase in non-branded impressions and a 50% increase in tracked keywords in the top 3 Google results. The organic engagement sessions have increased by 133%.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Konstruct Digital communicates very clearly, and expectations are always well set. The team delivers on time or with weekly updates on the status if there are any delays. We primarily use email, Zoom for our weekly touch bases, and Google Drive.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Aside from the work they’ve been doing, Konstruct Digital does a fabulous job. We appreciate the transparency and communication style of their team. They’re always listening and refining the project based on the feedback we give, so it’s very much a partnership. We consistently know where we are and have never been left wondering, which is really important when dealing with a project like this.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Konstruct Digital could have done differently?
No. Regarding our expectations for working with Konstruct Digital, it’s been a great partnership. We look forward to expanding the services they provide based on what we’ve been seeing so far.

Stay on top of your deliverables so that Konstruct Digital can keep their deliverables flowing. It’s a mutual partnership, so your team must provide specific feedback. As long as you provide that on time, things will continue progressing.
