Dented started as a local dent repair shop in Calgary, Alberta. Operating in a highly competitive, saturated industry, they struggled to establish local search visibility and rank for high-value local search terms relevant to their business. Dented’s business is highly seasonal and their prospective customers don’t tend to shop around, so they needed to ensure that their business would consistently appear at the top of local search engine results pages for keywords related to dent repair whenever a hail storm strikes.
