Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the president and founder of EverLine Coatings and Services. We’re a nationwide parking lot line painting and asphalt maintenance company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Konstruct Digital?
We brought on Konstruct when we started our franchise system. We needed a proper digital presence. We tried to build one ourselves but weren’t skilled enough to be effective.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Konstruct redesigned and redeveloped our website in accordance with our marketing materials. They expanded on all of our different services and built the website to be scalable for our franchise system. Their team ensured the site was searchable and easy to use.
Later, Konstruct managed a whole PR campaign related to our appearance on Dragon’s Den. They reached out to different media outlets and used social media to make sure that everyone knew the details for our appearance.

How did you come to work with Konstruct Digital?
I researched and interviewed about eight marketing firms. The key factor in our decision was that Konstruct wanted to grow with us. Their team knew where we were and wanted to be a part of our story.
How much have you invested with them?
To revamp the website, we spent about $8,000. Now, we spend about $3,500 a month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We first hired them in 2017, and our partnership’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
When we started with Konstruct, we made $1.1 million in revenue. In 2019, we had a $4.5 million run. This year, we’re expecting to hit $7 million in revenue.
We’ve seen a 700% growth in organic traffic and a 200% growth in keywords. We also gained significantly more followers on social media as a result of their work. They attained first search results listings for all of our franchises.
How did Konstruct Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
We use G Suite to share files and typically communicate via email. They’ve done a tremendous job. Their team takes charge and cares about maximizing our exposure. They’re amenable, so it’s easy to work with them. I’m happy to have them in my corner.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They genuinely care about how people feel about our company. Their team captured the heart of our organization and portrayed that in our website design and social media posts.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’ve been happy with them. We collaborate on an annual strategic plan, but that should probably be done quarterly.

Do your homework and come to the table with a solid understanding of what they can do and have done. Make sure their experiences align with your expectations.
