Based on my experience with the agency, I found their project management to be exceptional. They consistently delivered items on time and were always very responsive to my needs. They provided weekly updates and held weekly meetings to ensure that everything was on track and any issues were addressed in a timely manner.

Additionally, they used a Slack channel to ensure that they were able to respond to any inquiries or issues immediately. Overall, I found them to be very on-top of projects and very easy to work with.
