Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the office manager at a rubber and steel tracks distributor. We also provide heavy equipment repair services for machinery.

We hired Konstruct to create our website and help us with our marketing efforts.

Meanwhile, our website is simple, and it only has five tabs. Customers can reach out to us through the site and send inquiries or ask for quotes. Social media links are also found on the website. We’ve considered adding a payment gateway on the website, but we’ve changed accounting programs instead. The Konstruct team also handles our Google Ads efforts.

Konstruct’s project management has been great. The team is great at communicating and giving us feedback. In fact, they provide us with monthly articles on Google Ads optimization. Simply put, they always keep us in the loop. To communicate, we use emails and phone calls. Their resources are highly accessible and quick to respond. We’ve also met with them in person a few times.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their huge knowledge is the most impressive thing about them. We’ve gone into the engagement without knowing anything about how to be more accessible online. Because of that, the team has provided us with numerous tools to help us get our business out there. They listen carefully to our goals and stick to our budget.

No, there aren’t any. They’ve been in line with everything we need.
