Please describe your company and your position there.
We are an established manufacturer of heavy duty wash equipment for the transit, municipal, military and fleet industries.

For what projects/services did your company hire Konstruct Digital, and what were your goals?
We hired Konstruct to improve the asthetic appeal of our website, optimize our SEO results and ultimately convert more prospects by increasing our form completion or contact requests.

Konstruct was referred to us by a close business partner with whom our company does business with regularly.

Konstruct benchmarked our website against our peer group, provided recommendations for improvement and worked with us to design a new far superior website. They also have worked with us to increase our presence in digital channels such as LinkedIn.

We’ve worked with at least four different individuals. Their roles ranged from overall project consulting, SEO specialization, campaign design as well as directly communicating with their ownership.

Results & Feedback

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our monthly website traffic has increased and our goal completions are up over 50% YoY. We also are performing at the top of our peer group for SEO results on the list of key word groups that we have deemed most critical for our prospect base during search.

We talk weekly with Konstruct and work on always keeping the ball moving forward. Our company is small and folks wear many hats, so driving progress is always a challenge.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Constraints tend to be on our side as Konstruct is not able to create content since the SMEs are within our company. If there was a way for us to get the content to them more effectively it would accelerate our development processes.
