It’s important to respond to your reviews.

Whether you’ve received a five-star rave review from a client or a dreaded one-star review from someone that has had a poor experience – it’s important to respond!

Actively responding to your reviews shows customers that you care about customer feedback. There is also some indication that responding to your reviews can benefit your local search rankings. It’s a win for customers and search results!

Remember, be professional about it. Your responses aren’t for one person to see, everyone that looks at your reviews will see them. Use this as an opportunity to make a good impression for potential customers.

Perhaps even more importantly, It costs 25x more to acquire a new customer than retaining an existing one. If you can keep a customer by responding to a review and dealing with the matter – it’s worth it!
