No More Stock Photos in Google My Business Posts!

Google recently tightened up its image guidelines 👮 for Google My Business posts. ⠀

Google’s guidelines 📋 state that: “Stock imagery, or photos or videos taken by other parties, are not relevant and may be removed.” ⠀

A number of SEOs and business owners have experienced this first-hand in recent weeks as posts were rejected 🚫 when the post included stock photography.⠀

This goes to show that you need to be authentic ✅ with every aspect of your online presence. Stock photos are not representative of your business, and shouldn’t be used to represent it. Use photos of your business, products, services, and your location instead! ⠀
