Answer the Phone!

It seems simple but… answer the phone!
When potential customers call they want to talk to a real person at that moment.
In our data, we have seen scenarios where users that have come from search don’t often leave messages or call back – you have one shot at converting that lead!
Some e-tailers have even reported up to 100% of their calls leading to transactions. That’s a pretty good reason to pick up the phone.
